I don’t know if there is a university that has a major in photography and also a good underwater photo class. You might check Brooks Institute of Photography because I know they do have a course in underwater photography. Art Center in Pasadena, California, Cal Arts and RIT (Rochester Institute of Photography) are three other excellent photo schools.
I agree, I think Brooks would probably be your best bet.
Brooks Institute. But it’s astronomically expensive and you’ll be living in one of the most expensive cities in the USA. But it produces the best. I know. I’m a Brookie.
