  3. This is a preatty broad subject. Too many cameras at too many different prices. What you might consider expensive might be consider cheap by somebody else. If you are just going to take some pics every once in a while and dont care about quality of pictures then it really does not mater as much. You can get away with a cheap underwater. But if you are going to be a little bit more serious about underwater photography then you might want to consider better models. If you really want to learn about underwater photography then I suggest enrolling in an underwater photography course.
