what do you think is a really good camera for me?

well i have a photography class in school, so i would like to show off my camera a little with the clearness and quality(:
but, i also would like it to go underwater. but thats not a big issue for me i….

so what camera do you personally think is an amazing camera?

oh and im not looking for a camera thats like a $500 camera, price range should be around $100-250 ish? thanks

    Check with your teacher and see if a 35mm SLR should be bought. Whether it be 35mm or digital, see if teacher wants class to use a camera with aperture/shutter priority, where one adjusts shutter speeds, and different apertures.

    You better check with your instructor. Most beginner photography classes use film SLR cameras, not cheap digital cameras that you can take underwater.
