What are some quality waterproof ear-buds that can go deep for scuba diving?
I have been looking online and all I can find go down to 12 feet or so. I need some that can go up to say 60+ feet.

The only ear plugs I am aware of that are supposedly usable while scuba diving are Doc’s Vented Proplugs. I’ve never used them myself, all I know about them is what is advertised on their webpage http://www.proplugs.com/scubadiving.shtml
To be acceptable for diving they aren’t completely waterproof, they must be vented for equalization. A totally waterproof set of ear plugs cannot be used for diving because it creates an air space between the plug and the eardrum that cannot be equalized.
