Man, just Google the phrase and you will have more than you can imagine.
i have to do one of those too, in my speech class.
but just look up info on scuba diving, have a starting statement or preveiw statement, attention getter, and a thesis if you want. then have 3 main points to your speech, explain the points and you should be able to have a successful speech!!
I wrote one when I was in college. If I still had it I would copy and paste for you, but I don’t. Sorry.
