Is there a place where I can live in the US that will provide good Scuba Diving, Surfing, Snowboarding, etc?

Is there a place where I can live in the US that will provide GOOD Scuba Diving, Surfing, Snowboarding, Camping, and Mountain biking within a 50-75 mile radius? It would be great if the place wasn’t crazy expensive either.

    Florida, Hawaii, California are about the three choices that come to mind quickly.

    Eureka, California 285 miles north of San Francisco on the coast. In the redwoods.
