IDC day 3
Today we were ready for the pool session. We did the 20 skill circuit,which went pretty good. I still had a few small tips for the staff candidates, and of course Martin handed out a few 3’s but there were also a lot of 5’s. The rescue skill needed a little practise,but eventually every one felt confident.The afternoon was about MT (micro teaching) Tomorrow we will listen to the first presentation. We are running a bit behind schedule, but that is mostly because the 5 part seemed a little harder than some expected.The atmosphere is good, even though we have some language issues once in a while.
