I have to practice scuba diving during my periods?

I am taking diving lessons, which are in confined pool, but I am on my periods now. How can make it possible for me to take dive lessons during menstruating? No can’t miss classes
dont have dry suit either

Use a tampon (sport kind)
And you’ll be fine!
I’m on swim team and I just when a tampon when Im on my period during practice

A tampon is really the only thing I can think of. I swim, but I also wear it when I’m not swimming. I think it’s more comfortable. And I never really notice it’s there. Just make sure you change it afterwards.

I had my menses during my diving lessons.. Yup tampons are great man!! You cant feel its there.
