During Scuba Diving.. How to Equalize the ears pressure? If I wear EAR PLUGS, Will it help? Can we use EAR Plug? If you have any URL and Images that would be great help.. Also looking for underwater communication signs.

    Diving with ear plugs is like diving with a cold, you shouldn’t do it. Equalizing is pretty easy for me every few feet I descend, ascend or feel discomfort I pinch my nose and try to blow out it. This will make you equalize and therefore you’ll have fun on your dive.

    Wearing ear plugs won’t help you equalize. If anything it can actually be dangerous.
    The most common way is using the valsalva method ( pinching your nose and gently blowing before you feel discomfort). Other methods include yawning or moving your lower jaw from side to side or swallowing.
    I suspect your problems equalizing boil down to the fact that you’re not doing it early enough. Once your tubes shut, it’s too late and you’ll need to come up a bit for them to open and try again.

    Scubabob has most of it covered, but there are earplugs that you can dive with. Doc’s Pro Plugs are speciffically designed for scuba divers.
