Does Anyone Remember A So. Cal Local Scuba Diving Tv Program That Started Out With A Surf Guitar Solo?

I grew up in So. Cal in the 50′s and 60′s and remember enjoying a local broadcast on channel 5, 9 or 13 about scuba diving. The guitar riffs at the introduction were from a popular song at the time, I believe.
