Can I go SCUBA Diving after giving blood?
I’m about to go give blood today, but I have a SCUBA trip in about two weeks and I’m not sure if donating blood will have any negative side effects during my dives. Does anyone know of any risks I could have because of donating blood before my dive trip?

Donating blood this far in advance of your trip should not cause any ill effects. According to Diver’s Alert Network, diving can be safely resumed 24 hours after donating blood because by then blood volume should return to normal. Two weeks is more than enough time.
